Sales 2.0 Executive - Atlanta

Proliant is seeking Sales Executives to join our team in your area.

Proliant is the trusted payroll and workforce solutions provider for companies nationwide. With around 4500 clients in all 50 states, and 10 processing centers across the country, we focus on our client’s needs directly. We deliver a fully integrated suite comprised of payroll, human resources, time and labor, benefits administration, and much more!

Our Sales Executive Program prepares candidates for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive Human Capital Management field. We are looking to hire our next superstar sales representative to accelerate talent from within.  

Sales Executive responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reach and exceed assigned sales goals
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to your prospects such as cold calling, target drops, email campaigns
  • Schedule appointments with key decision makers
  • Mine existing and prospective clients for referrals
  • Complete and submit accurate business proposals
  • Prospect by identifying company needs
  • Taking prospects through full cycle (lead generating – closing)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Desire to work in Human Capital Management industry with a growing company 
  • A self-starter with consistent experience exceeding goals 
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills  

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base + Commission
